
French Toast Popcorn
Ingredients
10-12 cups popped popcorn
2/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
The old time breakfast favorite is turned into a wonderful popcorn flavor in this recipe.
Pop popcorn in whichever manner you prefer. Make sure to have at least 10-12 cups, and pour into a large bowl.
In a saucepan, melt sugar and maple syrup together, add in the butter, and turn the heat up to medium/high. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat and add in the vanilla, cinnamon, and baking soda. Pour over popcorn while hot and stir to coat.
